If you quit smoking weed for a great number of years, can those smoking events deform my future child?

I haven't smoked pot in 10 years. I have a fiancee and for a while now, we've been talking about having a baby someday. I was just wondering if after years of being off weed, can your sperm can grow back or regenerate? Because if not, my child may miss some genetic traits of mine and become physically deformed.
