Is it hard to get into Penn State (main) as a Fine Arts major?

Ok, so recently I herd that if you want to get into pen state to study art they are more lenient about grades and SAT scores then other students, because they're more worried about talent. Personally, I want to go for a degree in fine arts/ ceramics. I'm talented, I've won different awards as in best in show at school shows and placed in larger art show through out my region. Only problem I have average grades and scored a 960 on my SAT. Would I have a shot to get accepted??
