Can I get into any of these schools?

With a 2.62 you will not be able to get into Wash U, Michigan, U of Chicago, Northwestern, or Purdue. Regardless of your test scores you don't have a chance. Your high test scores and low GPA tells colleges that you are intelligent but VERY lazy. Colleges do no want lazy kids. You may be able to get into Penn State and Wisconsin if you can get your GPA up to or near a 3.0, but you really need a reality check on what a 2.62 will get you for college. Story: When I was in high school I had a 4.0 GPA and a 34 on the ACT and I was wait listed to U of Chicago.
