Can I still go to the ivy league?

I messed up in my freshman year of hs. I had 90s in two classes 85s in three clases two 70s and two 75s. I was also involved in the college now program and joined two after school activites. I had a lot of problems I was in foster care and changed homes three times my mom and grandmother died and truthfully it was hard to stay focus,but now im gonna be a senior nd I want to go to a good Ivy league college ? I would love to go to duke, harvard, penn state or columbia but I dont care as long as I get into an ivy league college. Can I still go to a good college? Will the college admissions officer understand that my freshman year for me was hard? I improved a lot since 9th grade I had a c average now I have an A average and take advanced placement and honors courses. I recently took ap classes for 8 subjects since 10 grade. I am on two sports teams I do community service and im in the nhs(national honor society) and on honor roll. Almost all of my teachers say im very bright and outgoing. Im also in 4 clubs at school and in student government and an nypd explorer. im going to be taking my sat this year and I also scored very high on my psat.Do I still have a shot at going to an ivy league college?
