Can a Pennsylvania teacher teach in Massachusetts?

My husband will be graduating in May with his bachelor's in elementary ed. We currently live in Philly, Pa and he will be graduating from Penn State. Once he graduates (pending, obviously, that he finds a job up there), we plan on relocating to the Boston area. Will he have to take any additional tests to teach in MA, since his degree was obtained in PA?
