College Questions- Art School/ English?

What are some good colleges that could support a double major of the fine arts and English? Also, they have to be in the north- eastern area of the United States, preferably in NJ, NY, Penn, Mass, etc. I have yet to be able to find schools that not only have a good English program, but also a good arts program. Thank you for your help!
