If I complete a semester with Penn foster will it transfer to another college?
I am currently enrolled at Penn foster and trying to get my Vet tech degree. But Im allergic to dogs and cats. I'm wondering if I should finish out the semester and if It will count as a credit?? And can I transfer to another school if I finish a semester?
